Reifenhäuser India, an agent for mostly German print machinery companies in India, wanted to strengthen its market position and asked Brand Dialogue to interview clients across India, management staff and employees. Brand Dialogue developed proposals for a renewed marketing strategy, as well as propose changes in the brand position, communication and sales approach of Reifenhäuser India.
